Without fail, Knapp says her day always starts with coffee.

So Ive just been having the espresso now, she says.

Dinner

For me, dinner is the biggest wildcard, Knapp says.

Before the pandemic, she was out most nights meeting friends for dinner.

But I also love sushi or burgers, too.
