When packing perishables, its always good to over-prepareand maybe overspend.

Pack it to prepare for a week.

Freeze, pack with ice packs, and lots and lots of bubble wrap thats the holy trinity.

She also recommends labeling the packages as fragile and perishable.

Or better yet, send them the tracking number.
