Clearly having a schedule like Arzons requires a lot of energy, and the proper food to fuel it.

Ive been eating 100 percentplant-basedfor eight years, Arzon says.

That led her to experimenting with ananti-inflammatory dietthat was heavily plant-based.

And over time, she leaned all the way into it.

If Im craving something sweet, Ill have dark chocolate or fruit.

I actually crave fruit more than chocolate!
